Gas Gang Group of Companies

Gas Gang is a private infrastructure investment platform focused on natural gas, power generation, and related energy infrastructure in the United States and select international markets. Gas Gang operates through the Gas Gang Group of Companies, which includes separately organized investment vehicles and affiliated operating entities.

Through these separately organized vehicles, Gas Gang intends to pursue investments in essential, hard-asset infrastructure, with an emphasis on assets supported by contracted or recurring revenues. These arrangements may include long-term power purchase agreements, tolling arrangements, capacity payments, transportation and storage contracts, equipment leases, offtake agreements, and other contractual revenue arrangements.

Anticipated investment activities may include gas-fired generation, turbines and modular generation equipment, pipelines, gathering and transportation systems, compression and processing facilities, underground storage, LNG and terminal infrastructure, grid and interconnection assets, and equipment-leasing opportunities. Investments may be structured through equity, preferred equity, structured credit, project debt, equipment finance, leases, joint ventures, or other structures appropriate to a particular transaction.

Gas Gang’s investment approach is intended to emphasize contractual cash flows, underlying asset value, infrastructure positioning, counterparty quality, and contractual protections. These considerations cannot eliminate investment risk. All investments involve substantial risks, including illiquidity and the possible loss of invested capital, and there can be no assurance that any investment objective will be achieved.

Gas Gang, LLC serves, or is expected to serve, as sponsor and investment manager to separately organized Gas Gang investment vehicles, as applicable. Each fund and investment vehicle is a separate legal entity with its own investment program, capital commitments, assets, liabilities, governing documents, and economic interests. An investment in one Gas Gang-sponsored vehicle does not constitute an investment in, or provide an economic interest in, any other Gas Gang-sponsored vehicle.

Gas Gang seeks to develop an institutional infrastructure investment platform through separately organized funds, strategic relationships, co-investment vehicles, and infrastructure transactions.
